Re: SUB2009000120 Briarwood- Easement, Tract B
The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Additional comments by be forthcoming by
other departments and outside agencies. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle
County Code.
1. [Sec. 14- 302A5] A Deed for the new drainage easement to be dedicated to public use is required to be
signed prior to final plat approval. A template for "drainage easement not built" was provided to you
with the last round of comments. If you need another copy, please let me know and I will provide you
with a link to that template.
2. [Sec. 14 -303H] Provide monuments as required. At least two known monuments indicating property
corners (not the easements) must be provided on the plat.
3. Engineering approval is required. A copy of the plat has been forwarded to them and additional
comments may be forthcoming.
4. ACSA approval is required. A copy of the plat has been forwarded to them and additional comments
may be forthcoming.
