Re: SUB2009000122 Briarwood- Easements and BLA
The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review. Additional comments by be forthcoming by
other departments and outside agencies. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle
County Code.
1. [Sec. 14 -303H] Provide monuments as required. At least two known monuments indicating property
corners (not the easements) must be provided on the plat.
2. [Sec. 14- 303AL] Provide deed for public drainage easement(s). See Engineering comments for more.
3. Provide property hooks indicating property to be added with the boundary line adjustments. It does
not appear a hook was added indicating property to be dedicated to right -of -way. If this is intended to
be combined with the right -of -way, please indicate as such.
4. Engineering approval is required. Comments may be forthcoming.
