RE: LOR# 1 for SDP -2006 -00047 Burger Busters Minor Amendment including
Tax Map /Parcel Number 07800 -00 -00 -07700 (now parcels 077A1, 077A2, 077A3, 077A4, 077A5)
Dear Mr. Jones,
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision for the floor plan square footage and use changes as
described in your letter dated 9/21/2009 to the above referenced site plan. This change is approved with the
emphasis that the square footage for each of the uses is currently maxed out for office space and the parking
onsite and shared with the adjacent parcel is also maxed out, meaning that there is no more parking
available for the current uses. It is crucial to understand that the area in the basement to be "Common
Element — Unfinished" and "Unfinished Unit 101 "must remain so as long as no other parking arrangement
can be worked out. If parking becomes available to the site and you wish to use it then a future LOR will
be needed. Providing certification on your part that the space is "non -tenant space" is a step that is greatly
appreciated and will help avoid any issues with tenants in the future. This is the 1" Letter of Revision for
this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to
be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
