This letter is to approve as Letter of Revision #3 to allow the proposed double loading driveways
as opposed to the single loaded driveway as approved on SUB06 -128.
This is your Third Letter of Revision for this site. Please note that a total of three Letters of
Revision are allowed before all changes to the site plan are required to be submitted in the form
of a new site plan amendment. The next revision will require a site plan amendment.
