SUB - 2009 -157- Little Yellow Mountain- Final Plat
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
[14 -303 (R)] Parent parcel access. Provide the following statement on the plat: "All
subsequent divisions of the residue shall use the point of access or entrance from the
street shown hereon."
[14 -309; 14 -310; 14 -416] Soil evaluations. Health director approval of individual private
wells and/or septic systems. Individual private wells and septic systems. Provide the
results of percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the
suitability of the soil for septic systems with conventional drain fields, so that the agent
can then forward them onto the health department for review and approval.
[14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. Provide a private
street maintenance agreement for the proposed private street for review and approval
from County Attorney. A template for such an agreement is attached.
