I would not have anything to do with that violation as it is an erosion violation. I would advise you talk with
Ray. As of the last site inspection for zoning purposes the site was fine.

I dropped off a set of waldorf school amendment plans in your chair on 10/21/09. 1 believe that was the
week you were out sick, but I was wondering if you have had a chance to review those? With the violation
noted in the below email, it is imperative that i get feedback from you.

Subject: Waldorf School field changes
Ray,
Waldorf school has a site plan amendment currently in process. Elizabeth is working on it. I took a look
at it, and it does not show the trees which are designated as to be saved on the erosion control plan.
Neither does it show the extra graded area adjacent to the basketball court. However, it appears as though
these would be approvable changes, so please let them know in your notice -to- comply letter that their site
plan amendment and their erosion control plan needed to be updated for the new area, and to remove the
missing trees.
