The Minor Amendment for Waldorf School, received on 22 October 2009 has been reviewed. The plan
cannot be approved as submitted and will require the following corrections before approval can be granted:
A. Final Site Plan Review Comments
A WPO application and fee must be submitted and approved. Is this an amendment to a previously
approved WPO application (WP0200500049 or WP0200600071)? If this is an amendment,
please submit a copy of the approved plan and note of what is being amended.
B. E &S Plan Review Comments (These comments may or may not apply depending on the status as
an amendment)
2. Please provide an Erosion and Sediment Control Narrative
3. Please provide updated County Erosion control notes. Please refer to the Design Standards
Manual.
4. Line type for silt fence on legend does not match with plans.
5. Plans are difficult to read. It is recommended to use E &S measure line types from the Virginia
Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook to help expedite the review process.
6. Please provide a stockpile location.
7. Please provide staging and parking area.
8. Please provide detailed information on the permeable pavers.
9. Please provide details for all E &S measures.
10. Please show the trees which are designated as to be saved on the erosion control plan.
11. Please show the extra graded area adjacent to the basketball court.
12. Due to some discrepancies on the plans, future submittals may be subject to additional comments.
