Please have your attorney use the template attached (and referenced in my comments). In order for me to pass the deed along to the County Attorney's office for review, the deed must be in the form of the attached, and must contain all required content. 2.) Please have your attorney remove ACSA and all references to sanitary and waterline easements. Any deeds that ACSA requires are between you and ACSA and do not need to be in these documents. 3.) Public drainage easements are dedicated to the County, not ACSA. Please revise plats (especially for TMP32G- 02 -97) to indicate drainage easements are being granted to Albemarle County. 4.) We do not need deeds for stormwater management easements nor access easements. Please remove all references to stormwater management easments and specific access easments (the ones shown on the plat, not access to the drainage easements) from the deeds. All we need the deeds to address is PUBLIC DRAINAGE easements. 5.) The plat for Parcel B, page 3, states that the 946 SF is being dedicated to public use and the cover sheet references right -of -way dedication. By all accounts, this appears to be a dedication of land. The deed you submitted refers to this as an easement. Please clarify this discrepancy. 6.) Please have your attorney confirm that all deed book and page numbers mentioned in the deeds are correct. Finally, Phil has indicated to me that the drainage easements on the plat for Parcel C (SUB09 -121) should be private, and that we will not be requiring deeds for them. Once you have his comments, confirm that there are no public drainage easements, and if there are none then no deed of easement will be required for that plat. Elizabeth M.
