Subject: Engineering re- approval of the ESC Plan for Haden Place (WPO- 2007 - 00080)
Attachments: 11 -6 SE Corner ESC Adjustment.pdf
Good afternoon,
I have reviewed the addendum to the Haden Place Erosion and Sediment control Plan (WPO -2007-
00080), received 3 November 2009, that was submitted to resolved adequate downstream channel
concerns. The provided calculations are satisfactory. I have also reviewed the existing ESC plan on file.
At this time, the ESC plan is reapproved on the condition that the ESC measures in the southeast corner
are modified to meet the general scheme as shown in the attached pdf. No additional submittal of the
ESC plan is needed for review. However, before the grading permit can provided, additional copies of the
ESC, SWM, and road plans must be provided to Current Development Engineering so that they may be
passed off to the inspectors (this is in addition to site plan approval). Please contact Current
Development Engineering for the number of each set that must be submitted a few weeks before the
grading permit is sought.
Please note that engineering review will not recommend approval to the site plan until all offsite
easements have been recorded. After reviewing our files and tracking system, I could not find any
easement plat on record for this project.
In accordance with change in state law, the WPO bonds have been adjusted. The ESC bond is now
$41,300. The SWM bond is now $20,700.
In accordance with Board of Supervisor Policy, the pro -rata share for the Lickinghole SWM basin is
now $7,086.42. This fee will increase if it is not paid before 2010.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Phil
