(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [Sec. 18- 21.7(c)1] The proposed entrance is located within the required 20' undisturbed buffer zone on the west side of the project property. A waiver must be granted by the Planning Commission to allow disturbance within this area. Please submit a waiver application with all required information. 2. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(x)] Please provide accurate information for all adjacent parcels. TMP79 -10 has been subdivided, so information shown on plan is no longer accurate. 3. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(x)] All required setback and yard lines must be clearly identified on plan. Some setback lines are not complete. Some label arrows do not point to any lines. Please correct. 4. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please make sure all boundary line dimension information is on plan. 5. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(c)] Please clearly outline area of proposed amendment on plan. 6. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(m)] Distance to the centerline of the nearest existing street intersection must be shown for existing and proposed ingress to and egress from property. 7. VDOT approval of the plan is required prior to final approval. 8. ARB approval of the plan is required prior to final approval.
