(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 302(A)(6)] The alley easement is shown through to Claremont Lane, however VDOT required that entrance to be closed. Revise the Private Alley to show it ending prior to Claremont Lane as shown in the approved preliminary site plan. 2. [14 -302 (A)(6)] Show the entrance easement that connects the private alley to Claremont Lane, as well as show the turn around that was shown on the preliminary site plan. 3. [14- 302(A)(8)] It appears that Claremont Lane is a proposed lot. Is this correct? 4. [14- 302(A)(8);14- 303(D)] Revise the labels for the "blocks" to be lots, since that is actually what is being divided and given new tax map and parcel numbers. An example would be instead of "Block of future lots 8 -12" would read "Lot 1 ". Also, include the acreage for each proposed lot. 5. [14- 303(E)] Show the dimensions for all lots, street, alleys, easements and shared driveways. 6. [14- 303(L)] Show all public utility, drainage and site distance easements. 7. [14- 303(S)] There are only three control points being shown, and the requirement is for four. Show four control points to meet this requirement. 8. [ 14 -422; 14 -428] Show the planting strips, sidewalk, streets, curb and gutters, and dedicate these to public use.
