Subject: SUB - 2009 -163- Brown, Gibson, Wood- Boundary Line Adjustment
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
[14- 302(A)(2)] Vicinity map. Provide a vicinity map to the required scale of one (1) inch
equals two - thousand (2,000) feet- 1" =2000' showing the properties and their relationship
with adjoining land and streets.
[14- 303(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. Provide a notation as
to whether the land is within an Albemarle County water supply watershed or an
agricultural - forestal district. The properties are not in an agricultural forestal district, and
are in the Doyles River watershed.
[14- 302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Show the location of the stream buffers required by
section 17 -317 of the water protection ordinance, with the following note "The stream
buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County
Water Protection Ordinance."
