I have reviewed your request for the above -noted sign. Because this sign design meets the established criteria for this
building, and because the design otherwise meets the ARB design guidelines, I am able to review this proposal
administratively for the ARB. I have approved a sign of the design outlined below. You may consider this letter your
Certificate of Appropriateness.

acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items
presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require an amendment to the
application and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be
made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
