Brent:
I am writing to request a deferral of ARB 09 -107, River's Edge sign, to allow the additional time needed to revise our
proposal. Based on ARB comments communicated to me by you, issues with the current proposal, mainly having to do
with sign materials needing to more closely match those used on the building, will require time to revise and resubmit.
It will be also necessary to submit a landscape plan showing the plantings to be used around the sign.
