(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 303(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. Provide a notation as to whether the land is within an Albemarle County water supply watershed or an agricultural- forestal district. The property is not in an agricultural forestal district, and is in the North Fork Hardware River watershed. 2. [14- 302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Show the location of the stream buffers required by section 17 -317 of the water protection ordinance, with the following note "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." Some of the stream buffer is not being shown. You can obtain the stream buffer information from the Albemarle County GIS web. 3. [14- 302(A); 14 -400] Building sites on proposed lots. With the location of the new boundary line(s) and the existing stream buffers on TM 102 Parcel 22D, it appears that a building site may or may not be able to be located per the perimeters stated in Section 4.2.1 of the Zoning Ordinance. Please show the building site to assure that this requirement is being met. 4. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. Show the location of all existing buildings on the land to be subdivided within fifty (50) feet of a proposed lot line. Show the existing buildings/house on TM 102 P 22D to assure the setback requirements are being met and also to meet this requirement.
