Stormwater Management plans and Erosion and Sediment Control plans have been submitted without a WPO application. Please submit a Water Protection Ordinance application and accompanying fee. Review of the Stormawater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control plans will commence once the WPO application and fee are received. (Rev. I) Comment has been addressed. 2. All topography should be at least visually verified by the designer within the last year. [18- 32.6.6] (Rev. I) Comment has been noted on the letter. 3. There appear to be discrepancies with the existing contour lines shown for this site and those shown for the Deerwood subdivision. Please review. (Rev. I) Comment has been addressed. 4. Proposed slopes steeper than 3:1 have low maintenance (not grass) ground cover specified on the plan. (Rev. I) Comment has been addressed. 5. Please label retaining walls with maximum height. (Rev. Please provide radii on the entrances. 12.5' minimum radii on entrances (or per VDOT requirements, typically 25' — 35') (Rev. I) Comment has been addressed. (Rev. 1) Comment has been acknowledged. 12. Sidewalk abutting parking must be 6' wide (exclusive of curb), or bumper blocks are provided. Please refer to the Design Standards Manual. (Rev. 1) Comment has been addressed. 13. Bumper blocks must be provided in the tandem parking area. [18- 4.12.16e] (Rev. 1) Based on previous meeting held on 112112010, please disregard this comment. 14. Dumpster pad detail or specification must be a minimum 4" stone base and 4" concrete of 3000 psi at 28 days, or stronger. [DM] (Rev. 1) Comment has been addressed. 15. Please provide copies of the approved permits for the disturbance of the wetlands. (Rev. 1) Comment has been acknowledged. B. Stormwater Management Plan 20. Please provide a completed copy of the standard stormwater maintenance agreement and fee for recordation for any stormwater management facilities. [ 17 -304E] 21. Please provide copies of manufacturer's approval of the plan for any manufactured stormwater management facilities. 22. The ponding depth for the bioiilters must be 0.5'. 23. The 8'X8' Concrete Block Detail needs to be revised to match the plans. 24. SWM structure 103 on the plans does not match 8'X8' Concrete Box detail. 25. Inlet types on the Storm Structure Schedule do not match with the Stormwater Inlet Computations. Please revise. C. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 26. Per our Thursday, 1/21/10 meeting, please revise plans to show how the site will be protected through each phase of the construction. 27. Top trap dimensions for the Sediment Trap #2 Summary need to be revised. 28. Please provide an energy dissipater to the clean water diversion at the south corner to prevent concentrated runoff. 29. Please provide outlet protection to the outfall on the south side of the proposed site. 30.
