HomeMy WebLinkAboutSDP200900101 Review Comments Preliminary Site Plan 2010-01-08Comments SDP200900101 Rivanna Commercial Park - Preliminary (Refer to County View for complete comments) • The application plan approved with the UVA Research Park (ZMA 94 -05) shows a 50' buffer along the eastern property line, also described in the proffers. • The Research Park has a rezoning under review that will amend the proffers to allow disturbance of the buffer for an interconnection to Northside Drive. Draft Proffers for ZMA 2005 -003 UVA Research Park (Scheduled for Planning Commission 1/12/10, 2/2/10, BOS 2/10/10): 7.2 Buffer Areas. Except as expressly provided herein in Sections 7.2 (A) and 7.2 (B), the Owner shall not disturb the Buffer Areas (the "Buffer Areas ") as depicted on the Application Plan, other than to: i) establish and maintain signage, fences or walls, ii) remove underbrush, iii) plant landscaping trees for screening or (iv) construct an interconnection along the eastern boundary between development parcels 1310 and 1311 as shown on Exhibit K. The Owner shall plant additional landscaping in Buffer Areas as reasonably reauired for screenina.
