Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB200900167 Glenmore re- subdivision The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. 1. [Sec. 14- 302A1] Revise name of the subdivision to identify TMP 94 -16A1 2. [Sec. 14- 302A2] Revise vicinity map to include the property boundary of TMP 93 -A1 -1, as it is a parcel included in this subdivision. 3. [Sec. 14- 302A6] Label shared driveway (stream crossing) as "shared driveway." 4. [Sec. 14- 302A10] Right of further division of proposed lots. COMMENT: Division rights are being confirmed. Per telephone conversation today, if you could provide any research /plats you may have already researched in calculating the development rights, it would be appreciated. 5. [Sec. 14 -302B 1] Remove mini bar -graph at the bottom of sheet 2. 6. [Sec. 14- 302B9, 308] Show limits of floodplain, per Albemarle County GIS. 7. [Sec. 14- 317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of shared driveway is required to be submitted and approved by the County Attorney prior to final approval of the plat. 8. Address any /all engineering and E911 comments (attached).
