SUB2010 -02 Four Winds Farm
The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.
1. [14- 302A2] Vicinity Map. COMMENT: Provide vicinity map in accordance with this section.
2. [14- 302A3] Existing or platted streets. COMMENT: Indicate Four Winds Lane is a private street
(with associated instruments, if applicable.)
3. [ 14- 302A10] Right of further division of proposed lots. COMMENT: Enumerate development rights
for each lot and provide note verbatim, as required by this section.
4. [ 14- 302B7] Reservoir watershed COMMENT: County View indicates these properties are within the
Lower Mechums River. Please address discrepancy.
5. [14- 302B9] Flood Plain. COMMENT: Provide information as required by this section.
