Subject: SUB2010 -9 Byrd & White — Boundary Line Adjustment
The Planner for the County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [Sec. 14- 302(A)] In order to allow for one dwelling unit on each parcel, each must
retain one (1) development right. Please reword note # 4 on Sheet 2 of 2 to reflect
this.
2. [Sec. 14 -309] Soil evaluations for each lot are required. Evaluations will be forwarded
to the Health Department for review and approval.
3. [Sec. 14 -310] Health Department approval is required.
