[Sec. 14- 302(A)] In order to allow for one dwelling unit on each parcel, each must retain one (1) development right. Please reword note # 4 on Sheet 2 of 2 to reflect this. 2. [Sec. 14 -309] Soil evaluations for each lot are required. Evaluations will be forwarded to the Health Department for review and approval. 3. [Sec. 14 -310] Health Department approval is required.
