Subject: SUB - 2010 -012- Darthula/Romine- Boundary Line Adjustment
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14 -302 (A)(1)] Name of subdivision. Change the title to `Boundary Line Adjustment
Prepared for....'
2. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. Provide a note stating the following
"Parcel [letter or number] and the residue of Tax Map /Parcel [numbers] each contain a
building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning
ordinance."
3. [14 -302 (A)(4)] Private easements. It may be beneficial for the Romine property owner
to have an easement for their driveway that is through the portion of their property that
they are giving to the Lindberg's. This will assure that they will still continue to have
access to their house from SR 639.
4. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Provide a signature panel for the County that reads "Agent
to the Board of Supervisors."
