Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB2010 -20 Bundoran Access and Drainage Easement Plat- Final The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. 1. [ 14- 302B.7] Reservoir watershed. COMMENT: Per this section, provide note that the property is not within a reservoir watershed. While the note on the plat regarding the watershed is correct, the required reservoir watershed note is intended to identify whether a property is in a water supply protection area. \ 2. [14- 302B9] Flood Plain. COMMENT: Please confirm (in responses to comments is fine) that no properties affected by this plat are within the floodplain. 3. [14 -303H] Monuments. COMMENT: Provide monuments as required by this section (for property corners, not necessarily easements.)
