Dear Vito,
I have reviewed your recent resubmittal for the above referenced application. The revisions made in this
submittal address the outstanding issues we discussed. You may consider this letter your Certificate of
Appropriateness.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and exhibited for review,
will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as
indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Any
change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed
and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
The following documents were submitted and reviewed in support of this proposal:
• Materials board dated 3/4/10 (with revisions to mortar and shingle colors)
• Ryan Homes drawings sheets 1 -4 (showing revised building footprints, tree protection fence,
elevations for 5 -unit and 6 -unit buildings; received March 5, 2010, drawing revision dates not
updated for this submittal)
• Liberty Hall Live Work Units drawings sheets 1 -3 (received March 5, 2010, drawings undated)
• Liberty Hall Side Elevation facing Radford Lane dated 3/4/10
