(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [ZMA2004 -22, Proffer 5] The Owner shall reserve an area for a bus pull -off from Rio Road within the northeast portion of the site, within the common open space area located directly to the east of Building 1 in general accord with the Application Plan. Please graphically depict such a reserve area as required by the proffer. 2. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(x)] In addition to the proffers associated with ZMA2004 -22, please include all approved variations on the Cover Sheet. In lieu of full text of each letter, reference to specific dates of variation approval letters may be cited. 3. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(b)] For parking schedule, please reference specific numbers of official parking determination letter issued 09.11.2008. 4. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(b)] Graphic depiction of parking spaces does not match numbers provided on Cover Sheet. Please correct. 5. [Sec. 18- 32.5.60)] Please provide required deed book and page number information for recorded utility, stormwater management, and drainage easements. If such easements have not been recorded, please indicate that they are to be dedicated and /or recorded. 6. Existing parcel boundaries that run through the project area must be vacated prior to final approval. It is understood a Boundary Line Adjustment application is currently under review to address this issue. 7. VDOT approval of plan is required. 8. Fire & Rescue approval is required. 9.
