The total acreage of each existing lot and each proposed lot. Indicate on the plat the total acreage of each proposed lot. 2. 14 -303 (G) Ownership of common areas. The intended ownership of all common areas. Please indicate on the plat the intended ownership of common areas. 3. 14 -316 Approval of entrance onto public streets. Evidence satisfactory to the agent that the entrance of the principal means of access for each lot onto any existing or proposed public street complies with Virginia Department of Transportation standards. I have sent this plat to VDOT, however, please call Joel DeNunzio 293 -0011 ext 120 and have him send me an email stating that he has no objection with regards to the part where Pioneer (Lane Private) meets Radford Lane (Public). 4. 14-317 Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. If the subdivision will contain one (1) or more improvements that are not to be maintained by the county or any authority or other public agency, the subdivider shall submit with the final plat an instrument assuring the perpetual maintenance of the improvement. Please provide a maintenance agreement that will assure the perpetual maintenance of Pioneer Lane (20 foot private access easement).
