The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require a new application and additional review. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. ® The level of illumination produced by the LED lights shall not exceed the level of illumination produced by a single stroke of 30 milliamp neon. ® This approval is only for one of the signs proposed for ARB 2010 -20. The sign facing the Entrance Corridor will be reviewed by the ARB on April 5, 2010, and the sign located in the rear gable of the building is not visible from the Entrance Corridor and is not subject to ARB review.
