This approval does not include any window signs. If window signs are proposed, a separate application must be
made, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.

The level of illumination produced by the LED lights shall not exceed the level of illumination produced by a
single stroke of 30 milliamp neon.

This approval is only for one of the signs proposed for ARB 2010 -20. The sign facing the Entrance Corridor will
be reviewed by the ARB on April 5, 2010, and the sign located in the rear gable of the building is not visible from
the Entrance Corridor and is not subject to ARB review.
