A NET INCREASE OF 0.10 ACRES WAS TAKEN FROM THE PROPOSED LOTS AND SHOWN ON THE TOTAL TABLE ON THIS PAGE. Q NEW GRADING ADJACENT TO LOT V2-28 IS PROPOSED TO AVOID INSTALATION OF A RETAINING WALL.
