ALL ROOF DRAINS SHALL DISCHARGE IN A MANNER NOT TO CAUSE A
PUBLIC NUISANCE AND NOT OVER SIDEWALKS.
NOTE TO DEVELOPER:
DUE TO REQUIRED DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES AND STRUCTURES AS
REQUIRED BY THE NFPA, UNDERGROUND PROPANE TANKS MAY BE
PROHIBITED. PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
ALL WATER, SEWER AND FIRE LINES REQUIRE NEW INSPECTION AND

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO SHOW THE CHANGES THAT WERE MADE TO TO LOTS V2-7 - V2-13, V2-12 - V2-23 ,V2-28 - V2-33 TO
INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE MONACAN PARK. A NET INCREASE OF 0.10 ACRES WAS TAKEN FROM THE PROPOSED LOTS AND SHOWN ON THE
TOTAL TABLE ON THIS PAGE. Q
NEW GRADING ADJACENT TO LOT V2-28 IS PROPOSED TO AVOID INSTALATION OF A RETAINING WALL. TWO NEW NYLOPLAST DRAINAGE INLETS
WERE ADDED TO THE REAR DITCH OF LOTS V2-28 - V2-33.
REAR RETAINING WALL OF LOTS V2-12 - V2-23, WAS ELIMINATED WITH A RE -GRADING OF THIS AREA. TWO NEW SHORT WALLS ARE BEING
