I can not approve this plat as it was submitted (via email) on 2/26/10. Please see the attached 2/23/10 memo which
outlines the necessary access easement widths for alleys. There is no longer a requirement for private streets and
access easements should not be labeled as such. Please note that in the future when the townhouse lots are created, a
portion of what is currently shown as Lot 1 will need to be platted as Common Area to provide the Grass Mall frontage
for those lots which do not front on Old Trail Drive or Claremont Lane. Please resubmit paper copies as I am unable to
print these to scale. Call me if you have any questions.

Scott, please see the attached memo regarding the frontage for lots in this subdivision. It is possible that the "grass
mall" may need to be designated on the plans /plat as a common area or open space. I will be discussing this further
