Subject: SUB - 2010 -027- Keswick- Boundary Line Adjustment
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. Provide the following note verbatim for
the building site: "Parcel [letter or number] contains a building site that complies with
section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning ordinance."
2. [14- 302(A)(15)] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Provide the
names and addresses of all owners.
3. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Provide a signature and notary panel for all owners.
4. [14 -416] Individual private wells and septic systems. Provide with a notation whether the
lot will be served by a public water and sewer, or will be served by an individual private
well and septic system.
