(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. Provide the following note verbatim for the building site: "Parcel [letter or number] contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning ordinance." 2. [14- 302(A)(15)] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Provide the names and addresses of all owners. 3. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Provide a signature and notary panel for all owners. 4. [14 -416] Individual private wells and septic systems. Provide with a notation whether the lot will be served by a public water and sewer, or will be served by an individual private well and septic system.
