Brian,
Per our phone conversation today, I am not going to send you formal comments for this application. Instead, I have
summarized our conversation below:
For the most part the plat looks fine, however I have two concerns:
1.) Because TMP 46 -36A is being brought into the subdivision and being given frontage and access from a private
street established with the subdivision, please provide documentation that shows this lot is being given /has the
legal right to use Daventry Lane (and /or is subject to the Covenants and Restrictions, if this is where the private
streets are addressed.)
2.) Sec 14- 302A.10. requires the division rights note be verbatim. I understand no division rights are affected by this
BLA, but please provide the note verbatim.
In addition to those two items, I have one technical comment:
3.) 14- 302A.9. Building sites note is required, please provide it on the plat.
You can hold off resubmitting revised plats until the private street access issue is resolved, and then, as long as items #2
and 3 are addressed on signature plat, I do not have a problem with not requiring an intermediate submittal.
