Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB2010 -32 Kia Easement The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. 1. [14- 302A2] Vicinity Map. COMMENT: Vicinity map does not appear to be correct, as according to County GIS the parcel does not have frontage on Route 250, and Town and Country and Olympia Drive do not appear. Please revise. 2. [14- 302B7] Reservoir watershed and agricultural forestral district. COMMENT: Provide notes as required by this section. (FYI - this property is not within an ag- forest, and is not within a water supply protection area.) 3. [14- 303H][14 -421] Monuments. COMMENT: Provide existing monuments, per this section. 4. [ 14 -303I] Bearing and distance ties. COMMENT: Per this section, bearing and distance ties must be tied to monuments. Please revise accordingly.
