Michelle,
Please see a copy of the short comments from county view, attached. As you will see, the site plan amendment
necessitates an amendment to the WPO, and we cannot approve the site plan minor amendment until the WPO
amendment is approved. As far as the Engineer can tell that has not been submitted yet.
I am not familiar with what is involved with a WPO amendment, so please contact Max if you have any questions as to
how to submit that and what is required.
Thank you,
Elizabeth Marotta

Are there any comments from the planning or zoning review? I realize the comments /approval is issued as a full review
cycle but just so we can make some kind of progress — has anyone seen a problem or issue so far?
Thanks,

Michelle,
I cannot speak for Engineering or their timelines. Current Development does aim for a 3 -week turnaround, and
Planning's review was completed well within that timeframe. I will speak with the Senior Engineer on Monday and try to
move this along.

We had the impression that a minor site amendment would be reviewed within 3 weeks of submission.

Michelle,
To the best of my knowledge, this item has not been assigned to a particular engineer yet. Engineering projects are not
assigned like planning ones- theirs come in and are put into a queue, and based on County View (which is our program
that tracks the reviews of projects), this item has not been assigned to an engineer yet. Once it is reviewed I will
certainly pass along any comments or notice of approval.
Phil, if you have any "inside" information about where this item is in the Engineering queue, please feel free to share
with Michelle.

We are at 3 weeks today since we submitted the revised civils for the Red Lobster minor site amendment. How is the
review progressing? When can we expect approval /comments? Sign off for the building permit?
Thanks,
