I have reviewed your submittal for the above - referenced project, which included the following drawings.
• Sheets C3.1, LIA -L1.2, A5.2, ELI, ELIARB, E1.2, dated 3/10/10.
The revisions included in this latest submission do not constitute a substantial change in design compared to
the ARB- approved development plan. Consequently, your Certificate of Appropriateness remains valid.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and exhibited for review,
will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as
indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Any
change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed
and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
