Elizabeth,
I have attached a revised copy of the Boundary Line Adjustment plat of Revised 16, Revised Lot 17 and Lot 18, Proffit
Ridge.
I have revised note C to state that each lot has one development right and may not be further divided.
I have added the building site note (sorry, I just missed putting the note on the plat).
As to the private road question- This is the same situation that we had at Four Winds Farm- the subdivision plat dedicated
the roads for public use- they just have not be accepted by VDOT yet. Also I could not find anything in the Covenants and
Restrictions about limiting the access to Daventry Lane. I had attached a copy for your review.
