This project requires Health Department approval prior to receiving final County approval. The applicant has provided a soils report, which is attached. Please review the proposal for suitable subsurface drainfields which comply with the provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2, 4.2.3, .4.2.4, and Chapter 14, Sections 309 and 310 of the Albemarle County Code.
