The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend
approval of the boundary line adjustment plat referred to above once the following comments have
been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified:]
1. 14- 302(B)7 Reservoir watershed; agricultural- forestal district. A notation as to whether the
land is within an Albemarle County and /or City of Charlottesville water supply watershed or an
agricultural- forestal district. Theproperties shown herein are not located.in an Albemarle
.and/or City of Charlottesville water supply watershed (James River Brokenborough water
supply watershed an& Green -Creek water supply watershed). Please add/correct this note on
the plat.
2. 14 -303.E Dimension standards _and information on all lots, streets, alleys, easements,.and
-shared driveways. Please indicate on the plat the dimension of Mt. Alto Road [State Route
735]. Is it a variable width public road? If so indicate this on the plat.
3. 14 =303:0 Signature Panel Please change the signature panel to read Agent of -the Board of
-Supervisors. You have it shown or addressed to be signed by the Director of Planning. The
Agent of-the Board of Supervisors signs the plat and not the Director of Planning.

Dear Ms. Batten:
The County of Albemarle has received application to develop /subdivide Tax Map 1.33 Parcel 14.
This project requires Health Department approval prior to receiving final County approval. The
applicant has provided a soils report, which is attached. Please review the proposal for suitable
subsurface drainfields which comply with the provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2, 4.2.3,
.4.2.4, and Chapter 14, Sections 309 and 310 of the Albemarle County Code.
