RE: ARB- 2009 -70: Abbington Crossing Clubhouse - Final Review of a Site Development Plan
(Tax Map 61, Parcel 129E)
Dear Mr. Biviano:
I have reviewed your letter and drawings dated April 6, 2010 requesting a change to the design of the three
dormers in the front, northeast elevation. This change, as proposed, does not represent a substantial change to
the original design and will meet all the guidelines observed in the original review and approval. As a result,
the original Certificate of Appropriateness will remain in effect.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and exhibited for review, will be used.
The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the site plan,
attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Any change in the approved design or materials
will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
