The Planner for the Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department
Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the
following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those
that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added
or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please provide one datum reference for elevation.
2. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(b)] Please provide the following information: maximum square
footage of commercial structure(s), maximum number of employees, maximum
height of structures, schedule of parking — both required and provided.
3. [Sec. 18- 32.5.6(m)] Please show distance to the centerline of nearest existing
street intersection.
4. [Sec. 18- 32.6.60)] If any outdoor lighting is proposed, please provide a lighting
plan.
