Subject: First Baptist Church Covesville - Major (SDP201000031)
The Major Amendment site plan has been reviewed.
1. Vicinity map should be 1" =2000. [18- 32.6.6]
2. Please submit a copy of the SWM modified simple method worksheet with corresponding
pre -, post - drainage area maps. The analysis should not include off -site areas which do
not drain to proposed facilities
3. Stormwater Management Agreement required prior to final site plan approval. [17 -304E]
4. Please show a Benchmark location and corresponding elevation on the plans in accord
with State Datum. An existing utility or other known position will suffice. [Policy]
5. Plan appears to show slopes in excess of 25 %. Please shade the critical slopes areas on
the property. [18- 32.6.6, 14 -302]
6. Critical slopes wavier maybe required. [18-4.2,14-304]
7. Existing topography is @ 10 years old. All topography should be at least visually field
verified by the designer within the last year [18- 32.6.6, 14 -302, Policy for date]
8. Please show the other existing building behind the church building.
9. Please show existing travel way into existing overflow parking area.
10. Show access road to overflow parking area. Access road not to exceed 10% slope in any
direction.
11. Overflow parking area will not exceed 5% slope in any direction.
12. Temporary off -site grading easement or letter of intent from adjacent property owner
recommended prior to final site plan approval.
13. Please show pavement detail and information on plan.
14. Curbing is required for the entire perimeter of the parking area. [18- 4.12.15.g]
15. WPO application plans and computations submittal and approval required prior to final
approval. [17 -203, 17 -303]
