Per Sec. 14- 302(A)4, please change the label associated with Treesdale Way to read, " Treesdale Way, 52' Private Access
Easement to benefit TMP 61 -182" and provide a maintenance agreement referencing this plat. The maintenance
agreement will need to be reviewed and approved by the County Attorney's office.

The revised plat has addressed all of my technical comments. However, the plat cannot be signed until the Deed of
Easement for the public drainage easements are approved by the County Attorney's Office. Please send this document
to Summer as soon as possible, so it can be sent to the County Attorney's Office.

Attached are the engineering comment letters for the reviews of: the Stonewater ROW dedication and
easement plat (SUB- 2010 - 00045), received 26 April 2010; the revision to the Stonewater Road plans (SUB -2007-
00077), received 8 March 2010; the final site plan for Stonewater Townhomes (SDP- 2009 - 00048), received 8
March 2010; and, the SWM and final site plan for Treesdale Park (SDP- 2010 -00013 and WPO- 2010 - 00011),
received 7 April 2010. The review of the ESC plan for Treesdale Park will likely be completed on May 3rd after I
visit the site to have another look at the downstream channel.
I understand that there is a critical deadline facing the Treesdale Park project and I will work with the applicant
to have the plans approved by the necessary dates.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the process moving forward or any comments within the
letters.

Please correct the county application number to SUB - 2010 - 00045.
2. Please correct note 3 on the cover sheet. This property, TMP 61 -184, has 100 year
floodplain on it. No portion of TMP 61 -182 is located within a floodplain.
3. A construction easement is required before the approval of the Treesdale final site
plan. This plat can grant the necessary easement with a general note stating that the
owner allows all necessary disturbances to construct the Rio Road improvements,
Penfield Lane to Treesdale Way, Treesdale Way, and all associated utilities.
4. Deeds of easement are required for all public drainage easements. Deed templates can
be provided by the County Attorney's office (972- 4067).
5. The land obtained from Stonehenge must be dedicated at this time as well.
