However, the plat cannot be signed until the Deed of Easement for the public drainage easements are approved by the County Attorney's Office. Please send this document to Summer as soon as possible, so it can be sent to the County Attorney's Office. The review of the ESC plan for Treesdale Park will likely be completed on May 3rd after I visit the site to have another look at the downstream channel. I understand that there is a critical deadline facing the Treesdale Park project and I will work with the applicant to have the plans approved by the necessary dates. Please correct note 3 on the cover sheet. This property, TMP 61 -184, has 100 year floodplain on it. No portion of TMP 61 -182 is located within a floodplain. 3. A construction easement is required before the approval of the Treesdale final site plan. This plat can grant the necessary easement with a general note stating that the owner allows all necessary disturbances to construct the Rio Road improvements, Penfield Lane to Treesdale Way, Treesdale Way, and all associated utilities. 4. Deeds of easement are required for all public drainage easements. Deed templates can be provided by the County Attorney's office (972- 4067). 5. The land obtained from Stonehenge must be dedicated at this time as well.
