Other than this notation on the street, the plat is approvable and as long as the street references are added, you can
send signed plats over for County signature.

Regarding the private street situation- the main resource we use to look up road status is the County road index; this
databases only discloses the status of the road at the time of the inquiry- which is why I thought the road was private.
For this project, and in the future- if the road is dedicated to the public but not yet accepted, please notate it on the plat
it was dedicated to public use and provide the deed book that created the road. Even if it hasn't been accepted yet into
the state system, it has still be recorded as dedicated ROW and this reference will make that clear.

Please find attached a pdf copy of the BLA for Michael Dick (SUB2010 -42)
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments, dated April 28, 2010.
A north arrow has been added to the vicinity map.
A note has been added to state the right of further division of the revised lots.
Revised Lot 5 and Revised Lot 9 have no development rights and may not be further divided.
However, Item 2 of your comments is incorrect.
Mossy Brook Court is not a private street.
It is the same as a few others that we have done and you have reviewed.
It has not been accepted into the state system yet.
Please let me know when you have had a chance to review the revised plat and when it is ready for signatures.
