Sec. 14- 302(A)9 requires that all lots have a building site as defined by the Ordinance. Because lot TMP87 -48 did not
originally have a building site, and this BLA is reducing the lot's overall non - conformity (acreage), it has been determined
this lot does not need to fulfill this requirement.
However, because the area for a potential building site on lot TMP87 -49 is being reduced by the BLA, a waiver of the
requirement found in Sec. 14- 302(A)9 is required. This waiver may be granted by Bill Fritz via Sec. 18- 4.2.2(a)3. In order
to grant this waiver, we need a document from the Health Department stating that a primary and reserve drainfield can
be located within the proposed boundaries of the new TMP87 -49.
