Pantops Dr. Charlottesville, VA 22911 RE: Tax Map 32E --OE, Parcels 27 thru 31, Tax Map 032E—OB, Parcel 3 Dear Mr. Lancaster: This office has received a request to provide a certification of the zoning, allowable uses and parking requirements for the above referenced properties. Please be advised of the following: 91 The Properties are zoned R-4, Residential and are located with the Airport Impact Area. ® The Properties are the subject of two subdivision plats, Camelot Section One and Camelot Section Two. Both plats are prepared by B. Aubrey Huffman, and signed by the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors on May 16, 1968 and November 12, 1973 respectively. The zoning ordinance requires two parking spaces per single family dwelling unit. Each lot within the subdivision has available area for two parking spaces. These spaces are not required to be shown on a subdivision plat. When building permits are submitted, these areas are identified on the plot plan. ■ Each of the above parcels is currently a vacant lot; however, building permits are on file for these lots and have been approved. An approved building permit should suffice as evidence that the lots and proposed construction meet the county's zoning ordinance. Please contact me if you have questions about this information.
