The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.
1. [14- 302A.2] Vicinity map must be at a scale of 1:2000.
2. [14- 302B.9] Please ensure required building sites are being provided, per this section.
3. [14- 302A.10] Address Development Rights, per this section. Please note that the development right
assigned to this property only applies to the area within the original 2 acres platted. You cannot have a
building site, or portion of building site within the 0.67 acres that is being added to this parcel.
4. [14- 302A.15] Per this section, provide addresses for all owners and interest holders identified.
5. [14- 302B.7] Per this section, provide required notes regarding reservoir watershed and agricultural -
forestal districts. (Note- this property IS in a water supply protection area- Upper Mechums River, and
is NOT in an ag- forest district.)
6. [14 -312] All buildings within 50' of a property line must be shown. Please confirm no buildings are
within 50' of a property line, or show them.
