To the County Engineer:
Wilson Ready Mix is a small ready mix concrete plant located at 3906 Seminole
Trail, Charlottesville, VA. It operates its business activity on an H -1 industrially
zoned site.
The following standards have been addressed in accordance with Section 18-
4.14:
Noise: Our business activities include the batching of ready mix concrete into
arriving and departing concrete mixing trucks, as well as the delivery of raw
material from cement tankers and aggregate trucks. This business activity
remains unchanged from the previous owner's operations.
Vibration: Our equipment does not create any earthborn vibration under normal
operating conditions.
Glare: Wilson Ready Mix operations are contained within the fenced lot and do
not produce glare beyond the lot line.
Air Pollution: There will be no emission of smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants.
Water Pollution: No liquid wastes are generated by our ready mix operation. The
containment ponds are designed to recycle wash and waste water.
Radioactivity: Wilson Ready Mix does not require any radioactive materials.
Electrical Interference: Wilson Ready Mix does not operate any equipment that
would generate electrical disturbances.

Wilson Ready Mix LLC continues to operate in accordance with Section 18 -4.14
the equipment installed by the previous owners, Ennstone Inc., and permitted
under its original site plan issued in March 2003.
