He explained to me that his plan was to sell raw, uncut fruits and vegetables grown onsite in a renovated barn at the end of a road called "Bellair Farm," so there will just be one vendor here. The barn will have a bathroom and a sink for customers to use. He supplied me with a few detailed, hand -drawn maps that I could mail to you too, if you're interested. He said the area will be using a septic system that has already been approved by the Health Dept. Is there any other information you would like? Please let me know if I can help in any way. The entrance has been improved with a surface treatment riding surface and the width is able to accommodate two vehicles going and coming. The site distance is good on both sides coming out of drive way and the stopping distance is good as wellI recommend and support the use of this driveway for the below purpose as it is safe and adequate.
