Subject: SUB - 2010 -046- Old Trail Ballard Field Phase IV- Easements
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14 -410 (D)] The reduced access easement must be approved by the County Engineer.
The required easement width is 20'.
Revl: The County Engineer is not approving the reduced access easement. See
comments by the Engineer.
2. The easement changes along with the setbacks must be shown on a minor amendment to
the approved site plan (SDP2007 -084) before approval of the plat.
Revl: Comment addressed.
