[Sec. 14- 302(A)4, Sec. 14- 302(A)5] Please provide appropriate deed book and page number information for all listed and shown public and private easements. 2. [Sec. 14- 302(A)11] Please provide relevant information regarding instrument creating each parcel included in boundary line adjustment. 3. [Sec. 14- 302(A)15] Owner information for each parcel included in boundary line adjustment must be clearly stated. 4. [Sec. 14- 302(B)6] Each parcel must be labeled with tax map and parcel numbers on plat showing boundary line adjustment. 5. [Sec. 14- 302(B)L] Please provide relevant information regarding all public utility, drainage and /or sight distance easements attached to parcels.
