Megan,
You can say "Final approval is subject to the requirement that the entrance to proposed state maintained roads shall be in
accordance with Appendix F, Access Management Design Standards for Entrances and Intersections, of the VDOT Road
Design Manual.

Thanks Joel. Do you have any language that you would like me to use for the final site plan conditions of approval? I am
writing the preliminary approval letter that includes what they will need to be address before final approval is given from
each agency. I will use this comment as one of the conditions for approval, but do you have general language for final
approval? something like, "final approval subject to VDOT regulations "?
Thanks.

Megan,
I have reviewed the subject site plan and have the following comment:
• The canopies of the proposed Clethra Almifolia along the existing sight line easement may restrict the sight lines
once it grows above 2.5 feet and the sight easement runs along the proposed curb for 70 or 80 feet. These shrubs should
not be placed on the sight easement or at a location where they will eventually grow into the sight easement.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Joel
