Marotta, Senior Planner Re: SUB2010 -59 South Plains Church- Final The Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will approve the proposed plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code. 1. [ 14 -303A] Statement of consent to divide. COMMENT: Revise statement to refer to this subdivision, not boundary line adjustment. 2. [ 14 -303L, 3161 Public utility, drainage, and sight distance easements. Approval of entrance on public streets. COMMENT: VDOT approval of entrance is required; Provide evidence of previous VDOT approval, if that is the case. 3. [14 -309, 310, 416] Soil evaluations; Health Director approval; individual private wells and septic systems. COMMENT: Health department approval is required prior to final plat approval. Soils work was forwarded to the health department on 6/3/10. Comments /approval is pending. 4. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. COMMENT: please dimension location of existing frame building to property line. 5. Additional comment: [14 -404] Single point of access. COMMENT: A waiver of this section is required; please submit a request pursuant to Sec. 14-404D.
