PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY EXISTING PAVEMENT ELEVATIONS AT INTERFACE WITH PROPOSED PAVEMENTS AND EXISTING GROUND ELEVATIONS ADJACENT TO DRAINAGE OUTLETS TO ASSURE PROPER TRANSITIONS BETWEEN EXISTING AND PROPOSED FACILITIES. 2.
